Signs of Spring

Last week we really were having all the signs of spring. We had seven lovely days in a row where the sun actually shone and the flowers began to bloom. But today what happens, it is raining, we have had wind then hail, and the local news tell us there is snow on the hills.

The worlds weather seems topsy turvey right now but the birds in my garden continue to build their nests and the daffodils are in full bloom. The raspberry bush is full of flowers and the forsythia bush is a beautiful bright yellow. Easter is only days away, so I am hoping the weather will change again for the better. Until then I am posting you a card I made of nesting birds. I know they always seem to appear such a lot in my designs but I adore the sweet little things and spend so much time watching them in my garden.
