Sugar Nellie challenge and Grand daughters birthday card

Sugar Nellie challenge!
Would you believe how wintry the weather has been today. A day before the Easter weekend and we have to have the log fire burning!
I made this card and book mark for my grand daughters birthday. How pretty the Sugar Nellie images are, I always love working with them. Having eight grand daughters and four nieces and six great nieces you might be able to imagine how much use these stamps get in my craft room.
Being a follower of the Sugar Bowl blog, I thought I would enter their Challenge 81. This is my take on the Gayles sketch. You can find their blog here http://www.sugarnellie.blogspot.co.uk/

The pretty ribbons I used are all by,

The words on the card were from a background dry embossing folder, that I ran through my Cuttlebug and then applied Memories Lilac dye ink,to tie in with the back ground colours.
I then cut up the words to be used and adhered them as shown in the sample above.
 I hope you like it.

Love how you did the background words from the embossing folder - they look great on there!
