Just time to post a quick message and a quick and simple card to go with it. For once England is enjoying a spell of warm sunny weather, so of course I am spending most of my time in the garden. However as you know I don't like to post a message without a picture, so today's design was quick and simple. I had previously heat embossed the bird cage and roses image using bronze embossing powder. I coloured the image ( from Crafty Individuals UK) with Tombow brush markers and cut out carefully. using a white card folded at the left hand side. I matted a layer of peach textured card which had the additions of lace and bronze pre-made ornate border, before mounting the completed image.
Just added this card for Through the Purple Haze Challenge .That's it for today and here's me heading for the garden! Have a good day.

What a lovely card, with that sweet image and lace and bronze border! Have fun in the garden, I was out in the yard, finishing a project yesterday and it looks like it's going to rain today. :-(
Such an elegant image, and the bronze EP was wonderful on this. Loved your tomboy coloring too. Your peach background was lovely with the image, and the lace made it oh so feminine. Enjoy your sunshine & gardening. I need to do some weeding after our trip, but way too hot for me to be outside. Very humid & muggy as well. TFS & also for the sweet comment on our big Day. Much appreciated, and made us feel so special indeed. Hugs
