My dear Dad died on Wednesday

Some of my followers will be aware that my dear Dad has been ill for some considerable time with Vascular Dementia. Regretfully a few weeks ago my sisters and I had to place him in a care home.The care home we found was wonderful and the staff there were absolute angels. Dad died on Wednesday 7th March 2012 and my life is poorer for his passing. He was not always an easy man to know, but he was my Dad and I loved him very much. To those wonderful caring "angels" who during the last few weeks of his life looked after him with tender affection, my sincere thanks always.
