I always feel somewhat challenged when I try to create a clean and simple card.Making and designing a card without any matting, layers, die cuts, ribbons and embellishments seem to be nearly impossible . Who could ever imagine that I would deliberate for so long over making a simple white card? So I decided to take a look at an on line class at Clean and simple Card Making. Designer Kristina Werner had created a sketch like the one to the left, and the card above is my interpretation of it.The square in the middle of the card, was created just by masking an area and then stamping the image around the border it left. I edged the four borders of this square card with a Permapaque red marker. All the images I decided to use were from SparklensprinkleThis was only day one of this class, and as I am way behind! There will be a few more card designs coming up later for you to take a look at.
